1. Create

Start by creating a free account and build your Assistant using our no-code assistant builder.  Provide background information about your business, define how the Assistant should communicate with users and outline your key business objectives. Select the AI model, customise the Assistant’s appearance and save your Assistant.

2. Train

Next, train your Assistant by building its knowledge base.  Upload documents, FAQs, text content, images and specific URLs that you want the Assistant to reference. This information teaches the Assistant how to answer questions accurately. As the Assistant is used over time, it continues to learn and improve its responses.

3. Publish

Test your Assistant to ensure it responds correctly and functions well.  Once you’re satisfied, share the Assistant’s script link with your web developer.  The Assistant can be published on your website, on a standalone webpage or as a web app. After publishing, you can update and refine the Assistant and its knowledge base at any time.
